Fluke respects your privacy and is committed to protect the personal information that you share with us.
Fluke collects personal information when you register for a Fluke Brand Portal user account, use certain Fluke products or services, when you ask to be included in an email or other mailing list, or when you submit your information to Fluke for any other reason. We may combine the information you submit under your account with information from other Fluke services or third parties in order to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our services. Fluke only uses such information if it has been collected in accordance with acceptable privacy practices consistent with this Policy and applicable laws.
If we propose to use personal information for any purposes other than those described in this Policy and/or in the specific service notices, we will offer you an effective way to unsubscribe of the use of personal information for those other purposes. We will not collect or use sensitive information for purposes other than those described in this Policy and/or in the specific service notices, unless we have obtained your prior consent.

Fluke uses information for several general purposes: to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, to personalize your experience within Fluke Brand Portal, to keep you up to date on the latest product announcements, special offers or other information we think you would like to hear about, and to better understand your needs and provide you with better services. Your personal information is never shared outside Fluke without your permission, except under conditions explained below. When you use Fluke services, servers will automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website.
